Facilitator for Water and Sanitation / Health Education Coordinator

The facilitator for water and sanitation programs serves as a resource to the development departments of PC(USA) partner churches in Niger and South Sudan as they design and implement water, sanitation, and hygiene (WaSH) programs in areas of great need as a part of their holistic witness to the good news of Jesus Christ. Such programs focus on community participation and use of sustainable systems. Jim McGill has been called to this position. The health education coordinator works with our partner, the Evangelical Church in the Republic of Niger (EERN), in its health initiatives. This includes efforts to create and staff church-run health clinics and the training of students in a nursing school. This person also works in the clinic on a regular basis and helps to train others in nursing and public health. Jodi McGill has been called to this position. Home presbytery: Greater Atlanta.
