PW Celebration of Believers
Celebration of Believers allows Presbyterian Women groups to recognize and celebrate persons for their service to the church. The monies received build strong national programs for and with all women in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), creating a solid foundation for the future of women and their life in the church.

Honorary Life Memberships
The symbol at the right represents and portrays the qualities of persons deserving the honor and recognition of an Honorary Life Membership. The following are some meanings found in the symbol:
- The caring, supportive hands represent women who seek to build an inclusive community of Presbyterian Women.
- The leaf represents growth of our personal and corporate response to Jesus Christ as we nurture our faith.
- The dove indicates our work for peace in our own lives and throughout the world, shown in the globe.
- At the center of the design is the cross, by which our sins are forgiven and we are freed to live in Christ who is at the center of our lives.
- The overall design is of a butterfly, a symbol of newness in Christ and the emergence of a new creation — Presbyterian Women.

An Honorary Life Membership in Presbyterian Women, Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), is conferred upon an individual in recognition of faithful service in some area of church work. Moderators, leaders, teachers, officers, pastors and missionaries have been among the recipients of this honor.
To celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Presbyterian Women in 2008, the Churchwide Coordinating Team approved a new 10K gold Honorary Life Membership pin ($250.00). The popular silver pin is still available for $95.00.
The church group conferring this honor should send an Honorary Life Membership form with a check (payable to Treasurer of Presbyterian Women) to the treasurer of Presbyterian Women in their presbytery.
An Honorary Life Membership pin and certificate will be mailed to the person indicated on the form for later presentation to the honoree. Please mail the form and check at least six weeks prior to the presentation date.
Funds derived from Honorary Life Memberships are used for Presbyterian Women leadership training costs, support of leadership development events for women and assistance training leaders for mission interpretation and support.
