Reporting forms and dates
Payments are released upon receipt of narrative and financial reports. Quarterly and final report outline forms are available online. When payments are released partners receive a letter with information on when the next reports are due. If reports are not submitted in a timely manner the grant may be rescinded.
Note: A quarterly report is not required to release the first payment. The first payment is only released once all the required documentation is submitted.
Half of the final payment will be held until the final progress report is received. If the final progress report isn’t received within 3 months the remainder of the grant will be rescinded.
