NNPCW offers two types of scholarships
Event Scholarships
Scholarships are available to young women ages 18-25 to attend conferences and workshops as a representative of NNPCW. Events should be geared toward young adults or women.
By attending conferences, you can connect with other church leaders, deepen your understanding of PC(USA) and specific ministries and engage in fellowship.
The scholarships provide financial assistance to defray the cost for registration fees and travel expenses.
Recipients of the scholarships are expected to attend events as NNPCW representatives and to complete a brief report to help other young, college-age women learn from their experiences.
The deadline is rolling, but scholarships are limited, so submit your completed application as soon as possible.
Email applications to Jewel McRae, Associate for Women's Ministries & Young Women’s Leadership Development, (502) 569-5848.
Scholarship event report
After attending the event, complete your event report and submit it to NNPCW within 30 days after the end of the event.
Please send your report via email or in a Word attachment to Jewel McRae. If you have questions, call Jewel at (800) 728-7228, x5848.
Reports should be modeled on the following format:
Name of the Event
Time of the Event
Date of the Event
Location of the Event
Your Name
Relationship to Organization
- Give a brief overview of the event.
- Describe your role at the event.
