Shared Mission Support (Presbyterian Mission Agency)
Gifts to Shared Mission make it possible for the biblical mandate of Matthew 25 to come alive. Shared Mission allows hope and healing as it transforms lives across our country and around the world through the ministries of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.). Shared Mission supports the whole mission of the church, and it allows the church to respond quickly to current issues and situations. For example, Shared Mission gifts support ministries with New Immigrant Communities, leadership development for women of color, maintain our presence and our voice on Capitol Hill and at the United Nations, provides for the recruiting, training, and sending out of mission personnel to work with partner churches around the world, and supports the work of the Office of General Assembly among other things.
