1001 New Worshiping Communities

Mission Program Grants

The 1001 initiative/movement needs your gift to supply tools, training, and support to ensure success of our new worshiping community leaders.

• $3,000 provides a coach/mentor or a community building internship for one year.
• $1,000 provides a year of participation in a training cohort, or the cost of assessing a prospective leader.

Your gift helps us provide supplemental, short-term and start-up funding for 1001 new worshiping communities and new congregations.

• $7,500 provides a start-up Seed Grant for a new worshiping community.
• $1,500 provides a health insurance grant to a new worshiping community leader, and it is renewable twice.

Engage

New Beginnings

Engage, a new Evangelism teaching resource, helps churches share their faith and move beyond the walls of their church. We need your gift to develop an Engage Evangelism coaching network.

• $2,500 provides existing congregation with coach for year.
• $1,500 covers the cost of training a coach.

New Beginnings provides assessment and consulting to help congregations decide on a new future. We need your gift for congregational transformation to provide for training costs of:

• $4,000 New Beginnings Assessor
• $3,000 NB Decision Coach
• $2,000 NB Leader Trainer

Collegiate Ministries

Camp and Conference Ministries

We need your gift will help us reach, love, and teach college students so they may be lifelong followers of Jesus Christ.

• $2,000 will help us build a network to connect every high school senior with a campus ministry at university/college they choose to attend.
• $1,000 will help fund a new UKirk campus ministry.

We need your gift to provide for special projects and advancement of camp and conference ministries.

• $5,000 provides for New Beginnings program for camp/conference center.
• $1,000 will send a camp director to Advanced Leadership Training.
• $500 provides one innovation micro-grant for camp/conference center.

Ministries with Youth

Go. Disciple. Live.

We need your gift to help us cover the cost of youth attending Presbyterian Youth Triennium 2016—and for youth workers leadership costs.

• $1,500 makes it possible for a Global Partner to attend Triennium.
• $500 provides one youth with a Triennium scholarship.
• $50 covers annual membership in Presbyterian Youth Workers Association.
