Delivery Requirements for PC(USA) Center
Shipments that are mailed or shipped via UPS, Federal Express, Airborne, or similar shipping methods should be labeled with the address below and include the purchase order number. A packing slip must be enclosed containing the supplier name, address and telephone number, PC(USA)'s purchase order number, description of item, quantity, and PDS number if applicable.
