Liberia & Sierra Leone
Self-Development in collaboration with the Presbyterian Hunger Program and Presbyterian Disaster Assistance is assisting in the reconstruction and rehabilitation efforts in Liberia and Sierra Leone. The program is being implemented by Agricultural Missions, Inc. The primary goals of the collaboration are
- improve the food security and economic status of individuals, families and communities
- develop and strengthen community-based organization
- to develop the technical and management capabilities of the Councils of Churches
