Teaching of the Bible Grant
Bible Grant
Teaching of the Bible Grant supports teaching of the Bible at Presbyterian-related colleges, universities and secondary schools.
Previous awardees have used the grant to develop new curriculum and experiment with new approaches to teaching the Bible. Programs led by chaplains have offered an emphasis on small group study, community service and outreach, and spiritual formation through study of the Bible.
In the 2016 request for proposals, the Presbyterian Mission Agency seeks proposals using the bible and the fundamental teachings of Christian churches to explore critical social issues.
