Ainsley Herrick
My name is Ainsley Herrick. I am a lifelong Presbyterian and a native of Jackson, MI. I graduated from Adrian College in 2014 with a BA in studio art, with an emphasis in ceramics. I currently attend Louisville Presbyterian Seminary in Louisville, KY, where I am working on my M.Div. I feel called to ministry and I have a passion for mission, social justice, and getting the church out of the building and into the world to be God’s hands and feet. I have felt drawn to Colombia since learning about the conflict and the number of people who have been displaced within the country. I don’t know where my call will take me when my YAV year is over, but I trust in God to lead me where I am needed.
